Six people look after Desertscapes on site. Any of them can point you to the right person if you are not sure who you need.
Community Manager
Jackie
Runs the property day to day - leasing decisions, resident concerns that need a manager, and anything the on-site team cannot settle at the desk.
Assistant Manager
Aida
Tours, applications, income-qualified questions and resident accounts. Usually your first conversation.
Service Manager
Agustin
Runs maintenance and the grounds crew, and owns the work orders that come through the resident portal.
Groundskeeper
Alexroy
Keeps the grounds, the walkways and the new desert planting in shape as it goes in.
Maintenance
Lorenzo
On-site repairs across the community, from apartment work orders to the shared spaces.
